Hot Pies, with red cabbage or peas & served with rustic artisan bread, choices of pie include Meat & Potato, Steak & Ale, Mince & Onion, Chicken leek & ham, and Mrs Kirkhams Cheese & Onion.
Chicken Curry (Madras or Korma) Served with Basmati Rice or Potato Wedges.
Meat or Roasted Vegetable Lasagne, served with fresh baked artisan bread, also included is a tomato, rocket & buffalo mozzarella salad.
Pan Fried Chicken fillet, with a forest mushroom & garden pea risotto, served with a tossed salad
Lamb Henry, Shoulder of lamb slow roasted over seasonal root vegetables for 5 hours in a garlic, rosemary & mint jus, served baby new potatoes.
Beef Chilli, (authentic American style chilli, made with beef brisket & cooked for over 5 hours), served with rice or hand cut potato wedges, Add nachos & Sour cream dip.
Slow Braised Shin of Beef & Dumplings, slowly cooked with root vegetables & served with fluffy herb dumplings. This dish also comes with freshly baked artisan bread.
Lancashire Hotpot, Succulent mutton & root vegetables, topped with buttered sliced potatoes & served with our own sticky red cabbage.
Seared Salmon fillet, in a rich butter & shrimp sauce, served with sesame roasted baby potatoes & saute french beans or salad.
